About the event
This camp is for 9-11 year olds who are ready to play in the garden and then come into the kitchen and explore ways to make the bounty of their harvest into delicious foods, beverages, and snacks. We will explore taste, flavor, balancing and planning in the kitchen including some foundational kitchen/ cooking skills.
In the garden, we will plant, harvest, compost and connect.
Session One: June 16- 19 from 9 am- 2pm
Session Two: June 23- 26 from 9 am- 2pm
Session Three: June 30- July 3 from 9am- 2pm
Students will be inside and outside, please dress accordingly.
